Job summary

TRIIIO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Lead to steer the global ERP/CRM/HRIS landscape, including NetSuite, Zoho CRM and Sage People. You will own the systems roadmap, drive finance-led transformation, and lead a high-performing team across Finance, HR and IT.

The role focuses on change adoption, process mapping, data governance and collaborating with vendors to deliver scalable, robust business platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise systems and digital transformation.
• Experience leading ERP implementations across ERP, CRM and HRIS.
• Strong understanding of finance-led processes and financial controls.
• Hands-on process mapping across Finance, HR, IT and CRM.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with CRM and HR platforms such as Zoho and Sage People, or equivalent.
• Proven change management experience in a global or multi-country organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Systems team across Finance, HR, CRM and project management.
• Own the systems roadmap, product backlog and future-state architecture across core business platforms.
• Drive finance-led transformation, including current and future process mapping, accounting standards and financial controls.
• Lead change management, including impact and readiness assessments, rollout planning, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption.
• Manage system integrators and vendors, including scope definition, delivery oversight and performance management.
• Oversee system integrations, data quality, governance, release management and ongoing operational support.
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure systems and processes are sustainable.

Overview

Lead our client’s core business systems across ERP, CRM and HRIS, including NetSuite, Zoho CRM and Sage People. The role combines business systems ownership and team leadership with a strong focus on finance-led transformation, business process improvement and change adoption across a global organisation.

The position is closely tied to our client's Digital Transformation initiative, ensuring new systems and processes are successfully implemented and embedded into day-to-day operations.

• Experience leading ERP implementations and managing multiple platforms across ERP, CRM and HRIS.
• Strong understanding of finance-led business processes, accounting principles and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with current and future process mapping across Finance, HR, IT and CRM.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Experience with CRM and HR platforms such as Zoho and Sage People, or equivalent.
• Proven change management experience, including planning and executing business change across a global or multi-country organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, people leadership and vendor management skills.

Good to Have

• Accounting, finance or change management certifications.
• Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS), data platforms and Agile delivery.
