Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior finance systems specialist in Kuala Lumpur to lead ERP implementations and ongoing optimizations. You will designCHART OF ACCOUNTS, entity structures, and approval workflows, and manage integrations with banks, payroll, and internal tools.

You will map end-to-end finance processes, automate reconciliations and journals, and build dashboards for P&L, cash and intercompany metrics while partnering with Control, Data, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years in finance systems, finance operations, FP&A or a finance transformation role.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering a cloud ERP (e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Odoo, Xero).
• Strong understanding of accounting processes - general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, intercompany and consolidation.
• Experience designing data models for multi-entity, multi-currency reporting.
• Experience in a tech, SaaS, gaming or digital marketing company is a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and dbt or similar tools is a plus.
• Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) or ERP certification is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement and configuration of the finance and accounting system.

• Embed internal controls into systems and workflows.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for management and deliver automated monthly reporting packs.
• Define finance KPIs and maintain source of truth for financial data.
• Design the multi-entity data model and consolidation logic in collaboration with Data and Engineering teams.

Job description

• Lead the implementation, enhancement and configuration of the finance and accounting system.
• Design the chart of accounts, entity structure, dimensions (cost centres, products, partners) and approval workflows.
• Manage integrations between the ERP and banks, payment providers, payroll, expense tools and our internal platforms.
• Act as system administrator - user access, master data quality, change management and documentation.
• Map end-to-end finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, intercompany) and remove manual steps.
• Automate feasible finance and accounting tasks such as reconciliations, recurring journals, invoice processing, payment runs and intercompany billing.
• Work with the Controller to embed internal controls directly into systems and workflows.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for management - P&L by entity and business line, cash, revenue and unit economics, as well as deliver automated monthly reporting packs.
• Define finance KPIs and keep source of truth for financial data.
• Design the multi-entity data model - intercompany mapping and consolidation logic, and partner with Data and Engineering teams on pipelines into the finance data warehouse.
• Ensure data accuracy, lineage and audit-readiness.
