Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking a NetSuite Developer in Kuala Lumpur to own the technical design and delivery of NetSuite customizations and integrations. You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to keep the system scalable and aligned with business needs.

You’ll build platform customizations, integrate NetSuite with eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, payment gateways, and BI tools, and mentor junior developers while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NetSuite customizations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance NetSuite platform for efficiency and scalability.
• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom records).
• Build and support integrations with eCommerce, 3PLs, APIs, and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Digital teams.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design to deployment and testing.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues ensuring platform stability.

What You’ll Do

• Own and enhance the NetSuite platform, driving solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance across the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and custom records across ERP, finance, and order management functions.
• Build and support integrations between NetSuite and key business systems, including eCommerce platforms, 3PLs, payment gateways, APIs, and BI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Digital teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from technical design and development through deployment, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and data integrity challenges, while ensuring platform stability.
• Drive technical excellence by managing SDF deployments, maintaining documentation, contributing to upgrades and release testing, and mentoring developers on best practices.

Key Criteria

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer, Technical Consultant, or ERP Developer, delivering scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on expertise with NetSuite development technologies, including SuiteScript (1.0/2.x/2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Experience building and supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms such as eCommerce, WMS, 3PL, payment gateways, and BI/reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld and core business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Financials.
• Ability to own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating in remote teams; NetSuite certification and experience in retail, consumer goods, eCommerce, EDI, or 3PL environments are highly regarded.

• Kuala Lumpur (Mid-Valley): 6:00 AM – 3:00 MYT; Hybrid setup.
