Job summary

Jaya Grocer is seeking an Assistant Manager - Business Process & Operations Transformation to lead process improvement initiatives across Finance and operations, guiding end-to-end projects from planning through post-implementation review.

You will map current and future-state processes, collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology teams, drive automation-friendly solutions, develop SOPs, and support change management to enhance efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4–7 years in business transformation, process improvement, or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of finance processes, workflows, and internal controls.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis or digital transformation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and business operations transformation projects from planning through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, duplicated work, and automation opportunities across functions.
• Analyse current processes and design future-state maps to support transformation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, responsibility matrices, and governance documentation.
• Support change management, including communication, user training, and post-go-live support.
