Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Projects to support the Group Accounting & Tax Director in day-to-day finance operations and lead key transformation initiatives for growth.

You will oversee reporting, consolidation, ERP migrations, and process improvements, collaborating with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to ensure compliant, timely results and smooth adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
• 12–15 years of finance experience, ideally with cross-border exposure.
• Experience in finance operations, ERP migrations, and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness per international standards.
• Lead finance transformation projects including ERP migrations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement and Operations to streamline processes.
