Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Finance Transformation and PMO initiatives, driving governance, planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and benefits realization. You will work with Finance leadership, IT, and regional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with the GBS roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of PMO, Finance transformation, or business improvement experience.
Experience leading regional or global cross-functional initiatives.
PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience in multinational organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple Finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps.
Drive project governance by monitoring scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive project reviews.
Ensure milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization are achieved.
Standardize PMO governance, templates, and delivery practices across GBS Finance.
Collaborate with Lean & CI team to identify improvement opportunities across P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, Payroll, Costing.
Support portfolio management by prioritizing initiatives aligned with business strategy.
