Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Finance/Accounts professional in Malaysia to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. You will handle data entry, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR while ensuring compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance, and strong English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese communication skills, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in finance.
• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the accounts and finance department.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, disbursements, expenses vouchers and receipts.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles.
• Ensure accounting department runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
