Qualifications

• 2 years of related working experience will be an added advantage.
• All other day to day Finance related operation duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable processing and recording incoming payments.
• Record keeping of financial transactions and documents.
• Data entry into the accounting system accurately and timely.
• Record and process all business transactions, including sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash.
• Reconciling customer and supplier account balances.
• Prepare/assisting in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses for management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining financial operations.
