Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations to provide senior leadership for AP, T&E, fixed assets, leases, intercompany and bank reconciliations. You will drive governance, controls and service performance across multiple workstreams in a shared services environment.

You will own operating models, manage complex escalations, and lead transformation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes and drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA or CA preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in finance operations or shared services.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across Finance Operations and drive end-to-end service outcomes.
• Own AP, T&E, Intercompany, Fixed Asset, Lease Accounting and Bank Reconciliation with strong controls.
• Lead governance, risk, audit readiness and escalation processes with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with procurement, tax, treasury and business units to resolve complex issues.
