Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Finance Engagement Lead to own end-to-end financial management for Technology Accounting and Procurement projects. You will design recharge mechanisms, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and actuals, and coordinate with Group/local Finance, procurement and senior stakeholders across the region to ensure transparent, well-governed costs and timely financial reporting.

This role requires strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge, governance, and the ability to challenge budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
• At least 10 years in finance, audit, or shared services; Big Four/consulting background advantageous.
• Experience in cost allocation, intercompany recharge, or shared services cost recovery.
• Analytical, meticulous, proactive with ability to challenge stakeholders in a multi-country environment.

Responsabilités

• Designs, documents and maintains Group Technology recharge methodology and allocation drivers.
• Runs end-to-end recharge cycle including data collection, calculations, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Engages CFOs and finance teams to explain outcomes and agree annual budgets and rates.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, actuals and commitments for project costs.
• Produces regular financial reports for project sponsors and leadership; maintains controls over spend and recharges.
• Leads training and guidance on cost policies and recharge processes.
