Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, contract administration, billing setup, and finance operations activities.
• Maintain client and billing information across relevant systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with the preparation and validation of billing data to support invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and update client information within agreed timelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure finance processes run smoothly.
• Support month-end activities with data validation, reconciliations, and reporting prep.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and process efficiency.
