Carro is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager based in Malaysia to lead the monthly and annual financial closing, consolidate results, and deliver accurate reports for our Singapore operations. You will own IFRS-compliant financial statements, manage reconciliations, and provide insights that guide executive decisions in a fast-paced, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in financial management.
• Strong IFRS expertise and track record with audited financial reports.
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and develop forecasting models.
• Support external audits and deliver audit-ready reports.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management.
