Raydian Cloud Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance operations for Malaysia and Singapore, with oversight of Indonesia and USA entities. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will drive financial reporting, budgeting, treasury oversight, and audit coordination across jurisdictions.
You will partner with country leads to provide insights, ensure statutory compliance (MFRS/SFRS/US GAAP), manage a small finance team, and support intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
The Finance Manager will lead finance operations for the Company's Malaysia and Singapore entities, acting as the primary finance business partner for both markets (as well as managing wholly-owned Indonesia & US entities). Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role is responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting and forecasting, treasury oversight, and audit management across both jurisdictions. The successful candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, hands‑on experience with Malaysian and Singaporean statutory and tax requirements, and the ability to operate independently across a dual‑country portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and USA entities in accordance with MFRS, SFRS, US GAAP respectively
Consolidate financial results across both entities for regional and group reporting
Ensure timely and accurate management reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (Companies Act 2016, SST, withholding tax, LHDN filings) and Singapore requirements (Companies Act, GST, IRAS filings)
Liaise with external tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies in both countries
Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions between the two entities
Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles for both markets
Partner with country and functional leads to provide financial insights that support business decisions
Oversee cash flow planning and working capital management across both entities
Manage and develop a small finance team supporting both countries, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MICPA
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Proven experience managing finance operations across both Malaysia and Singapore, Indonesia & USA including statutory and tax filings in both jurisdictions
Strong working knowledge of MFRS, SFRS & US GAAP; multi‑entity and multi‑currency consolidation experience preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage and/or proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
Willingness to travel periodically to Singapore as required
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across two markets
