Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a seasoned finance administrator in Malaysia to provide comprehensive administrative and financial reporting support within a corporate environment. You will help prepare consolidated reports, cash flow summaries, and statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role includes month-end close, GL reconciliations, intercompany accounts, ERP master data, and collaboration with auditors and tax teams, applying IFRS knowledge and engaging with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in corporate financial reporting, statutory accounting, or audit functions.
• Strong familiarity with IFRS and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial reports and cash flow summaries.
• Oversee month-end closing activities, GL reconciliations, and intercompany accounts.
• Support external statutory audits and tax compliance for domestic and international entities.
• Assist with ERP master data maintenance, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct variance analysis and support governance and sustainability reporting.
