Job summary

Key responsibilities

Own the financial closing process—monthly and annually—ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time

Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements with precision

Ensure compliance with internal policies, IFRS, and Singaporean financial regulations

Keep an eye on cash flow, ensuring stability and financial agility

Build and maintain financial forecasting models that drive smarter business decisions

Analyze financial performance, uncover insights, and provide recommendations that matter

Manage external audits, making sure everything is up to standard and audit-ready

Generate high-quality financial reports that inform leadership and guide strategy

Provide sharp, data-backed analysis to help senior management make the right calls

Support and oversee transactional finance activities in the initial phase, keeping operations seamless

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5-7 years of hands‑on experience in financial management

Strong expertise in IFRS and a solid track record of preparing audited financial reports

Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel

Sharp analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with an eye for detail

Strong communication skills—able to break down financial data for non‑financial stakeholders

A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and optimize processes

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment where deadlines matter

CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus

Experience with Shared Services Centres (SSC) and finance process migration is a plus
