Job summary

GG Circuits Industries - Kampong Tampoi, Johor

Manage and oversee the Company's day-to-day financial and accounting activities.

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial reports and cash flow statements.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and bank transactions.

Ensure timely preparation of payments, invoices, claims and financial documentation.

Monitor company budgets, expenses and financial performance.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and other relevant parties.

Oversee HR functions, monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.

Ensure compliance with statutory contributions and requirements including KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp, where applicable.

Provide financial and HR advice to Management to support business decisions.

Prepare regular Finance and HR reports for Management review.

Lead and supervise Finance and HR staff to ensure efficient daily operations
