Job summary

Space Makers in Kuala Lumpur, a cabinetry and interior renovation specialist, seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage daily payments, monthly financial reporting, project costing, budgeting and HR records.

The role involves using Xero, Excel and Google Sheets, with an emphasis on accuracy, cash flow awareness and cross-department coordination. Working hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across departments.
• Experience with end-to-end accounting processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, P&L reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting & payments management for suppliers, staff and operations.
• Monthly P&L, bank reconciliations and expense categorisation.
• Project costing and profitability tracking with project budgets.
• Budget planning, cash flow forecasting and payment planning.
• HR administration, staff records and payroll preparation assistance.
• Monthly management reporting and administrative support to Directors.
• Coordinate with Purchaser, Sales and Project teams on costs and invoices.
