Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll and/or HR.
• Hands-on experience with Xero and Infotech payroll software.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Employment Act)
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Maintain records in Xero and Infotech payroll systems
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements

We are looking for a hands-on Finance cum HR Executive to join our team at KLIA, Selangor. You will manage the company's finance, accounting, payroll and human resources matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and month-end closing

Prepare monthly management reports and support year-end audit and tax filing

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF submissions

Handle HR matters: recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave records, staff files and employee relations

Maintain records in Xero and Infotech payroll systems

Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and statutory requirements

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field

3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll and/or HR

Hands-on experience with Xero and Infotech payroll software

Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Employment Act)
