AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Finance & HR Operations professional to manage full-set accounting and payroll, supervise AR, and oversee HR administration in a fresh fruits & vegetables import/wholesale operation in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role involves ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and collaborating with management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-set accounting and financial management.
• Knowledge of credit control and HR operations.
• Proficient in AutoCount and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts and coordinate with external auditors for financial reporting.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR), credit control and financial risk management.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Support HR administration and employee-related matters.
• Review and optimize internal processes and assist with policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, HR and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
