Qualifications

• Finance background required and ability to take on HR tasks.
• Experience in a combined Finance and HR/Admin role.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian payroll, tax, and statutory rules.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banking, cash monitoring, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle core finance operations, including general ledger entries, fixed assets, ageing debtors, and expense claims.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll across multiple entities, including allowances.
• Maintain HR filing for onboarding to exit lifecycle.
• Manage statutory compliance and filings, including SST returns, tax instalments, and LHDN submissions.
• Support recruitment and offboarding, including candidate coordination and HR documentation.
• Coordinate year-end audit preparation and related company secretarial matters.
• Provide general administrative support, including licence and insurance renewals.
