Private Advertiser seeks a highly experienced Senior Accounts, HR & Admin Executive to oversee back-office operations in Malaysia. You will own monthly financial accounting, payroll, HR compliance, office administration, and vendor procurement.
You will manage accounting cycles, prepare reports, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate procurement and contracts. Strong independence and meticulous attention to detail are essential, with immediate availability preferred.
We are seeking a highly experienced, independent, and versatile Senior Accounts, HR & Admin Executive to oversee and execute our complete back-office operational workflows. Reporting directly to Management, you will take ownership of monthly financial accounting, complete payroll processing, HR compliance, office administration, and vendor procurement.
Manage daily accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare full-set accounts, monthly management reports, and cash flow schedules.
Compute and assist with timely Sales & Services Tax (SST) submissions and annual statutory audit preparation.
Process vendor payments, monitor credit terms, and enforce internal financial controls.
Execute monthly payroll processing, including accurate statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EIS).
Manage staff leave records, performance appraisal tracking, and maintain updated employee files.
Draft employment contracts, NDAs, HR documentation, and ensure alignment with the Malaysian Employment Act.
Track staff training logs and coordinate mandatory aviation/corporate certifications.
Centralize office/facility maintenance, vendor contracts, utility agreements, and asset management.
Sourcing competitive supplier quotations, issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and verifying incoming invoices.
Attend management meetings to take, transcribe, and distribute accurate Minutes of Meetings.
Oversee company secretarial documentation, license renewals, and central record-keeping.
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Diploma, or ACCA/CIMA qualification in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing full-set accounts, payroll processing, and office administration in a senior executive capacity.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ABSS) and advanced MS Excel.
Strong grasp of Malaysian statutory requirements (SST, Employment Act, EPF/SOCSO), excellent organizational skills, and strong minute-taking abilities.
High independence, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities without hand-holding.
