Job summary

SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, monitor aging, and ensure outstanding AR is kept within company targets. You will handle online transfer checks, assist the Corporate Sales Team aging monitoring, and perform ad-hoc tasks while complying with policies.

Fresh graduates welcome; SAP knowledge is a plus and ESOS and KPI rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Professional certificates or diplomas in finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Organized with strong communication and time management skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle day to day operation of accounting and finance function.

Job description

Handle day to day operation of accounting and finance function;

Monitor Corporate Sales Team Aging from time to time;

Check all online transfer payment upon receiving any request;

Monitor all AR aging and maintain customer aging below 30 days, 60 days and 90 days that set by the Company;

Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time; and

Complying with department guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Processional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.

Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills

Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.

Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
