Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Administrator to support AP, treasury, taxation and fixed assets. The role covers general accounting duties, inter-company billing, month-end closings and e-invoicing compliance.

You will handle Concur claims, bank accounts, cash forecasts and journal postings, while ensuring accurate records and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process AP functions: Concur claims, payments and respond to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• Treasury functions: maintain bank accounts, Coupa treasury reporting, cash forecast, in-house cash, inter-company netting and settlements, bank guarantees, documentation verifications and Letter of Credit presentation.
• Taxation: responsible for company corporate taxation, withholding taxes and e-invoice compliance.
• Fixed assets: manage, track, and ensure compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance listings or RSMY, reconcile and post journals.
• Support e-invoicing filing and compliance.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

Key Duties:

• 1) AP Functions: Process Concur Claims, payment and answering to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• 2) Treasury Functions: maintenance of bank accounts setup, Coupa (corporate treasury reporting), Cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open Bank Guarantee, acknowledge, documentation verifications and presentation of Letter Credit to bank.
• 3) Taxation: Responsible for company corporate taxation, withholding taxations, and e-invoice compliance.
• 4) Fixed asset: Responsible for managing, tracking, and ensuring compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• 5) Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• 6) Full set and preparing monthly balance listing or RSMY, recon and posting of -journals.
• 7) Supporting e-invoicing filing and compliance.
• 8) Any other adhoc jobs as assigned.
