Job summary

FOCUS SKY SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya is seeking a capable finance professional to manage comprehensive accounting operations, including AR, AP, cash management, GL, reporting, taxation, and financial analysis.

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, monitor cash flow, ensure intercompany compliance, assist with tax computations, and support audit and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of finance operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, General Ledger, Management Reporting, Taxation, and Financial Analysis.
• Prepare and conduct analytical reviews of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient operating funds at all times.
• Ensure all intercompany transactions and balances comply with Group policies and procedures.
• Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of Income Tax and Deferred Tax computations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of E-lnvoice requirements, including system readiness, data validation, process updates, and compliance with IRB (LHDN) guidelines.
• Draft Audited Financial Statements for review and finalisation.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and the company secretary on matters related to tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
