Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz in Shah Alam is seeking a finance professional to manage AP, treasury operations, and taxation within our regional finance team. The role involves handling payments, bank accounts, cash forecasts, and reporting to support accurate monthly closes.

You will maintain fixed assets, manage inter‑company billing and reconciliations, and ensure e-invoicing compliance while preparing balance listings and journals. A strong eye for detail and regulatory compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process Concur Claims, payments, and respond to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• Maintain bank accounts setup, Coupa reporting, cash forecasts, and in-house bank arrangements.
• Handle corporate taxation, withholding tax, and e-invoice compliance.
• Manage fixed assets across lifecycle and ensure compliance.
• Inter‑company billing and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance listings, reconciliations, and posting of journals.
• Support e-invoicing filings and compliance.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Job description

Key Duties

• 1) AP Functions: Process Concur Claims, payment and answering to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• 2) Treasury Functions: maintenance of bank accounts setup, Coupa (corporate treasury reporting), Cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open Bank Guarantee, acknowledge, documentation verifications and presentation of Letter Credit to bank.
• 3) Taxation: Responsible for company corporate taxation, withholding taxations, and e-invoice compliance.
• 4) Fixed asset: Responsible for managing, tracking, and ensuring compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• 5) Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
• 6) Full set and preparing monthly balance listing or RSMY, recon and posting of -journals.
• 7) Supporting e-invoicing filing and compliance.
• 8) Any other adhoc jobs as assigned.
