TENLEAD BIOTECH INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SDN BHD invites applications for an Account Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur. The position supports the Finance team with daily accounting tasks, invoicing, AP/AR, and financial reporting to ensure accurate records.

We welcome fresh graduates or those with internship experience in accounting or finance, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience. Strong detail orientation and team collaboration are valued traits.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with Accounting or Finance internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS or Xero) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive, you'll support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.
• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist with SST, E-Invoicing and statutory compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvements.
