TENLEAD BIOTECH INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Account Executive to support the Finance team with daily accounting operations including AP, AR, invoicing and payments. The role involves bank reconciliations and assisting month-end close.

Fresh graduates or those with internships in accounting/finance are welcome, with 1–2 years of experience also considered. Familiarity with SQL, AutoCount, UBS or Xero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive, you'll support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.
• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist with SST, E-Invoicing and statutory compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvements.
