TENLEAD BIOTECH INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking an Account Executive to support the Finance team with daily accounting operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers AP/AR, invoicing, payments, and month-end closing tasks.

The ideal candidate is a diploma or degree holder in accounting/finance, fresh graduates with internships, or professionals with up to 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in common accounting software is a plus; being detail-oriented and proactive helps a lot.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Accounting or Finance internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with 1–2 years of accounting experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS or Xero) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive, you'll support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.
• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist with SST, E-Invoicing and statutory compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvements.
