Jora Malaysia invites applications for an entry-level Account Executive to support the Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations in Kuala Lumpur.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and show a positive learning attitude. Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged, with 1–2 years of experience also welcomed. Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS or Xero) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist with SST, E-Invoicing and statutory compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders when required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Support finance-related projects and continuous process improvements.
