Job summary

IMM HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced accounting/finance professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage full set of accounts and reporting.

The role requires a degree in accounting or finance and at least three years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCount Accounting Software. The successful candidate will handle monthly statements, budgeting, tax filings, and statutory reporting, while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and timely closing of books.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Manage and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Prepare and submit tax, SST, and statutory reports in compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.
