Job summary

Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts for the Forest City branches, prepare monthly management accounts and reports to the group, and support annual audits with external auditors.

You will handle monthly and quarterly closes, assist cash flow management, maintain ledgers, and liaise with tax agents; requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in financial accounting, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Experience in construction and real estate is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting,
• Great analytical skills, leadership, self-motivated, high integrity and able to work under pressure / tight deadline.
• Previous experience with annual audits.
• General knowledge computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (Both Verbal & Written).
• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
