Job summary

Bright Property Service (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an entry-level accountant to support monthly closing, billing, and financial reporting. The role requires basic accounting knowledge and the ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with clients.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and maintaining daily cashbooks, with opportunities for internal career advancement. Fresh graduates are welcome, and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Experience in ERP/SAP/AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job description

Review and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts including reconciliations and supporting schedules.

Review and ensure timely billing and collection from customers.

Preparation of full set of monthly management accounts, including journals, bank reconciliations, reconciliations to sub-ledgers, on a timely basis.

Liaise with business units and project teams to ensure timely closure of project final account and recording in the accounts.

Maintain various accounting records including daily cashbook, on a timely basis.

Any other matters as directed by the management.

Job Requirements:

Preferable with Certificate (LCCI), Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, and other relevant fields.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in ERP/SAP/AUTOCAD system is an added advantage.

At least 1 years of accounting experience.FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (2 hours lunch break)
