Job summary

PureCare Health & Beauty SDN. BHD. is seeking a Financial Assistant in Malaysia to support day-to-day accounting tasks. You will prepare invoices, input data, reconcile accounts, and assist in monthly closings while coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a relevant accounting diploma or degree, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome; 6-month contract with immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or 1 year in finance/data entry is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
• Attention to detail; ability to handle large volumes of numbers.
• Proficient with accounting software; QuickBooks is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate in finance.
• Able to multitask and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
• Immediate availability for 6-month contract.

Job description

Provide administrative support to the senior accounting team, including digital filing and document archiving.

Qualifications

Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or 1 year of experience in a finance/data entry role is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically skilled in using VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to manage data.

Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work accurately with large volumes of numbers.

Proficient in using accounting software, with hands-on experience or exposure to QuickBooks being a distinct advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the finance team.

Adaptability and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet tight monthly closing deadlines.

Immediate availability to commit fully to the 6-month contract duration.
