Qualifications

• Perform administrative and accounting tasks; SQL, data entry & records.
• Issue invoices and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Update accounting system (AR).
• Monitor and coordinate production planning activities.
• Organize and file documents.
• Prepare monthly payroll.
• Process commission records.
• Knowledge of SQL system is an advantage.
• Highly organized and capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight and accountability.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, customer service and accounting positions.
• Candidate should hold at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre U or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.
• Knowledge of computer and SQL accounting software.
