This full-time role involves managing a wide range of transactions and reporting to help the organisation meet its strategic objectives. You will process AP/AR, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, ensure compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain records, and use SQL, accounting software, and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounts/finance role, preferably within the Accounting or Finance field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Process and record financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Issue Einvoices and bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial information and advice to internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
