SEALY ASIA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, based in Shah Alam, seeks an organized Finance & Operations assistant to manage procurement, import documentation, and stock control. You will liaise with suppliers, prepare SKUs and product descriptions, and support showroom finance reconciliation.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support or accounting, with knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures. The position offers career growth within Sealy Asia's Malaysian operations.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support and accounting.
• Experience in retail, logistics or furniture industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and customs declaration procedures.
• High accuracy and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills to bridge gaps and reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare purchase orders and import-related documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing list).
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory reports and reconcile counts.
• Maintain vendor price lists and create new SKU descriptions.
• Reconcile daily showroom sales and process invoices, vouchers, and journals.
• Assist with month-end closing and ensure compliance with policies.
• File delivery orders and supplier invoices properly; manage office supplies.
