BERJAYA CKE GROUP in Puchong is seeking an Invoicing cum Inventory Assistant to support showroom operations, manage stock checks, and handle invoicing, POs and stock transfers.

You will assist the sales team with daily activities, coordinate loading stock for lorry drivers, and ensure all documents are properly recorded in the system.

Based at the Puchong Showroom, the role requires relevant experience and a positive attitude; salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, invoicing, inventory, or clerical roles.
• Diploma/Certificate in Business Admin, Accounting, Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for stock tracking and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct branch inventory and stock checks.
• Manage invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and stock transfer orders.
• Support the sales team with daily branch operations.
• Coordinate and assist with loading stock for lorry drivers.
• Create indoor service orders in the Caction System and follow up with logistics.
• Ensure all documents are properly recorded and data entered accurately.
