Big Fat Smile in Malaysia seeks an Admin Clerk to support our Finance & Admin team. You will handle billing documents, debtor records, data entry, and filing, with guidance as you learn.

Ideal candidates have at least SPM, basic bookkeeping, can use Word and Excel, and can communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin. This entry-level role offers practical exposure and hands-on learning in a growing consumer goods and e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing documents.
• Maintain and update debtor account records.
• Prepare debtor statements.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation.
• Organize and file finance and administrative records.
• Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.
