VitaHealth Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites you to join as Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end close, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Committed and responsible to work within tight dateline
• Candidate with minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• Preferable candidates with 2-3 years accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including General Ledger, AP, AR, bank and inventory reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and month-end/year-end closing activities
• Monitor debtor and creditor aging; ensure timely collections and payments
• Process employee expense claims per company policy
• Prepare monthly expense analysis reports and KPIs for management
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
• Support ad hoc finance projects as assigned
