Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Finance, Accounting or Auditing.
• Good understanding of Accounting Principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel & computerized accounting system (KPA – Keypoint Financial Accounting).
• Experience in shopping mall management will be an added advantage.
• Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks & able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
• Able to work with minimal supervision & with a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and month-end closing.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense claims.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely SST/GST and other statutory filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing and related accounting entries when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager/Head.
