Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including General Ledger, AP, AR, bank and inventory reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and month-end/year-end closing activities
• Monitor debtor and creditor aging; ensure timely collections and payments
• Process employee expense claims per company policy
• Prepare monthly expense analysis reports and KPIs for management
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
• Support ad hoc finance projects as assigned

What you'll be doing

Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL) entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.

Monitor and maintain debtor and creditor aging reports, ensuring timely collection and payment activities.

Process employee expense claims accurately and in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.

Prepare monthly expense analysis reports and financial schedules to support management in monitoring operating expenses, budget performance, and departmental KPIs.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax agent to facilitate audit and regulatory compliance obligations

Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned by management.
