Full Spectrum Accounting is seeking a diligent Finance Accountant to manage a full set of accounts including AP, AR, FA, and GL. The role supports month-end close, prepares analyses, and assists with budgets and forecasts.

It also involves reconciliations, payments processing, and ensuring internal controls and compliance with standards. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting with 2+ years of experience; knowledge of ERP systems and English/Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Formación

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience recommended.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, FA, GL.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings within timelines.
• Prepare management reports, analyses, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank, supplier, customer, intercompany, and GL accounts.
• Process payments with proper documentation and approvals.
• Assist in audit schedules, tax schedules, and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on finance matters.
• Maintain systematic filing of financial records and perform ad-hoc tasks.
