JSK Group of Companies in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager for its Property Development & Construction Division. You will oversee statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and all related accounting initiatives for the division from the corporate office.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in property development accounting, and are IT/ISO literate with professional qualifications (MIA/ACCA/CPA). The role offers growth within a diversified group.

Responsibilities:

Based in JSK Corporate Office in Lintas.

Responsible for the Finance & Accounting - Property Development & Construction section under your charge.

Responsible to provide all aspects of Finance & Accounting support to the Property Development & Construction section under your charge. This will include but is not limited to core areas such as statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and any related Property Development & Construction accounting initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in Accounts, Finance, and/or equivalent - MIA, ACCA, CPA.

Exposure to the Property Development & Construction industry is a prerequisite.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must be IT / ISO literate.
