JSK Group of Companies in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager for its Property Development & Construction Division. You will oversee statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and all related accounting initiatives for the division from the corporate office.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in property development accounting, and are IT/ISO literate with professional qualifications (MIA/ACCA/CPA). The role offers growth within a diversified group.

Qualifications

• Exposure to the Property Development & Construction industry is a prerequisite.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Must be IT / ISO literate.

Responsibilities

• Based in JSK Corporate Office in Lintas.
• Responsible for the Finance & Accounting - Property Development & Construction section under your charge.
• Provide all aspects of Finance & Accounting support to the Property Development & Construction section under your charge, including statutory and management reporting, budgeting and related accounting initiatives.
