Job summary

JSK Group of Companies is seeking an Accountant for the Property Development & Construction Division. The role is based at the JSK Corporate Office in Lintas and focuses on accounting for the PD&C sector, statutory and management reporting, and budgeting.

The candidate should have a background in property development accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Exposure to the PD&C industry and IT/ISO literacy are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Exposure to the Property Development & Construction industry is a prerequisite.
• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounts/Finance; MIA, ACCA or CPA.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Based in JSK Corporate Office in Lintas; manage Accounting - Property Development & Construction.
• Provide all Accounting support to the Property Development & Construction section, including statutory & management reporting.
• Assist budgeting and related PD&C accounting initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Based in JSK Corporate Office in Lintas.

Responsible for the Accounting - Property Development & Construction section under your charge.

Responsible to provide all aspects of Accounting support to the Property Development & Construction section under your charge. This will include but is not limited to core areas such as statutory and management reporting, budgeting, and any related Property Development & Construction accounting initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, in Accounts, Finance, and/or equivalent - MIA, ACCA, CPA.

Exposure to the Property Development & Construction industry is a prerequisite.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must be IT / ISO literate.
