JSK Group is poised to launch new property development initiatives in Sabah. Due to our rapid business expansion, JSK is looking for dedicated and competent personnel to join our Management team.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to assist the General Manager to coordinate and monitor all internal property sales and external appointed property sales teams' performance.

Responsible to assist the General Manager to plan, organize and coordinate JSK's property sales initiatives. This will include, but is not limited, to core areas such as conducting sales presentations, coordinating events/functions, coordinating sales with agents/business partners, canvassing/developing new customers/business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives, and any related business/sales/marketing initiatives.

Experience in end financing with banks essential.

PRIOR PROPERTY SALES COORDINATION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.

At least 5 year of Property SALES coordination experience is required for this position.
