Job summary

Job description

Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) is formerly known as Sabah Housing Developers' Association (1992) was established in 1978. It was renamed SHAREDA in 2002.

SHAREDA brings together developers, pooling their expertise and resources to ensure that the industry takes up and plays its role as a key mover of the economy. Through the years, SHAREDA members sat on numerous state government committees and their views helped to shape many government policies and real estate and housing development.

It was inscribed on the milestone of achievements of the Association on 22 May, 2010 when SHAREDA received the prestigious inaugural Award on "SABAH SOCIETIES ROLE MODEL" ("ANUGERAH PERTUBUHAN CONTOH") from the Registrar of Societies in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Accounts section and all aspects of Accounts support to the Association. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as statutory reporting, accounts reporting, business planning, tax matters, and any related business initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting.

Monitors collection and prompts Council of any discrepancies and/or abnormalities.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a graduate diploma, academic or professional degree in Accounts, or related discipline.

At least 5 years of working exposure in the related field.

High level of integrity, drive, and result-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

Competent in management reporting and ERP operation systems.
