Job summary

CSYAP Group in Malaysia is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to support daily finance operations, financial reporting and compliance. The role covers reconciliation, monthly close and coordination with auditors.

You will work with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger activities, maintain accurate records, and assist in budgeting, tax and asset management. Fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Experience in the property industry and professional accounting qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger activities.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and banking-related matters.
• Support audit and taxation matters, including liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Assist in fixed asset and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Experience in the property industry is preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
