Job summary

Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to empower retail staff across Penang with in-depth knowledge of consumer electronics. You will design and deliver engaging sessions, demonstrate products, and tailor content for diverse audiences.

You'll collaborate with merchandising teams, monitor staff performance, and travel frequently to multiple retail locations to ensure training effectiveness and aligned sales techniques with campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consumer electronics retail, training or sales roles.
• Strong product knowledge of consumer electronics categories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate staff.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Penang locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for retail staff across locations.
• Demonstrate products highlighting key selling points and competitive advantages.
• Develop engaging training materials and presentations tailored to different audience levels.
• Monitor staff competency and provide coaching feedback.
• Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to stay updated on launches and promotions.
• Track training metrics and report on staff performance and training outcomes.
