Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Field Trainer (Consumer Electronics) to build the skills of Field Force Agents and Dealer Floor Sales Managers, enabling effective customer communication in the sales field. You will evaluate capability through tests, design assessment materials, and work with outlets to share product knowledge.

Travel to retail outlets as required and coordinate with clients to ensure sell-out success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience in retail training or selling, especially electronics, is preferred.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Must be agile, presentable, customer-service oriented, self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the competency and skill sets of Field Force Agents to deliver customer communication strategies in sales.
• Develop the competency and skill sets of Dealer Floor Sales Manager to deliver customer communication strategies in the sales field.
• Evaluate Field Force Agents’ capability, product knowledge and selling skills by tests and role plays.
• Build relationships with outlet in-charge and Floor Sales Staff; provide feedback to clients on sales, stock, price and service matters.
• Participate in roadshows, events or any sales activities when necessary for Client’s sell-out.
• Design assessment questions to evaluate Field Force Agents’ product knowledge.
